The Vice President of Health and Wellbeing provides clinician leadership and oversight in developing and executing The Water's clinical, programmatic and quality plans and objectives for all communities.  The position will formulate and implement strategic and tactical plans that will support a delivery of resident care services consistent with our mission and vision. 

The successful applicant will have:

  • RN-BSN required; master's or other advanced degree/certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience in health care required; at least 5 years in home care and geriatrics with experience working in integrated delivery systems preferred
  • Experience and leadership of multi-site communities
  • Experience in being a champion of continuous quality improvement programs
  • Certification/training (or willingness to train) in integrated therapies
  • Knowledgeable in Minnesota Department of Health comprehensive home care rules and experience with state survey
  • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care
  • A dynamic leadership style with the ability to mentor team members in their roles
  • Exceptional presence, communication, and relationship-building skills across various constituencies
  • Lead the articulation, refinement, and implementation of home care best practices for accepted clinical practices as well as discovery of new care paradigms for home care services
  • Develop and implement diversification and expansion opportunities consistent with The Waters' vision and mission
