The Senior Living Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting occupancy and revenue goals in close collaboration with corporate marketing and the Senior Living Consultants at the communities.  This position is charged with promoting The Waters to create a positive image in the organization and among the community, referrals, potential residents and their families.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and sales experience (established portfolio)
  • Minimum three (3) years successful marketing and sales experience in a senior living community
  • Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and have experience using CRM programs
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts with senior adults and an understanding of retirement community lifestyle
  • Expertise in "relationship selling" and a demonstrated ability to close
  • Ability to effectively facilitate sales training in a group environment
  • Must be a self-starter and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently with little or no day-to-day supervision
  • Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics
  • Ability to travel 75% (some out of state)
